Browsing and cookies
Browsing does not require registration. The site uses one technical cookie, domavionak_lang, to remember the language for one year. Technical server logs (IP, date, URL and user agent) are processed for security and diagnostics and retained only as necessary.
Forms and purposes
Name, email, optional amount and message are used only to reply, manage donation confirmation and prevent abuse. The legal basis is consent and, where applicable, performance of the user’s request. Data is not sold.
Recipients and transfers
The website and mail are hosted on a Hetzner VPS in the European Union. Payments are processed separately by Revolut under its own terms and privacy notice. Do not include sensitive data in messages.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing by writing to info@domavionak.com. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
Visitors from Russia and payments
Russian browsing is available without geographic profiling. Payment availability depends on the provider, card, bank and applicable rules. Systems or intermediaries prohibited by EU sanctions are not supported and methods intended to circumvent sanctions must not be used.
Terms of use
Content, demonstrations and test data are provided for information and experimentation without guarantees of continuity or professional suitability. Unauthorised access, disruption and unlawful use are prohibited.
Public chat and moderation
The chat is public and requires no registration. Nicknames and messages are deleted after 24 hours; moderation events, reports, expired bans and pseudonymised technical identifiers after 30 days. Do not publish personal data. Links are blocked. Automated filtering can make mistakes: use the report button and email info@domavionak.com for urgent requests. Content may be hidden and access suspended.
